(ii) The Evening Nomination Cycle:

The Nomination time line on the day prior to

gas flow shall be the following:

6:00 p.m. CCT Nominations leave control of nominating party

6:15 p.m. CCT Receipt of nominations by

transporter

6:30 p.m. CCT Send Quick Response

9:00 p.m. CCT Receipt of completed

confirmations by Transporter

from upstream and downstream

connected parties

10:00 p.m. CCT Transportation Service

Provider to provide scheduled

quantities to affected

Shippers and point operators,

and to provide scheduled

quantities to bumped parties

(notice to bumped parties)

(iii) The Intraday 1 Nomination Cycle:

The Nomination time line on the day of gas

flow shall be the following:

10:00 a.m. CCT Nomination leaves control of nominating

party

10:15 a.m. CCT Receipt of nominations by

transporter

10:30 a.m. CCT Send Quick Response

1:00 p.m. CCT Receipt of completed

confirmations by transporter

from upstream and downstream

connected parties

2:00 p.m. CCT Transportation Service

Provider to provide scheduled

quantities to affected

Shippers and point operators,

and provide scheduled

quantities to bumped parties

(notice to bumped parties)
