6. PRESSURE
6.1 Receipt Point(s):
All gas to be transported for Shipper shall be delivered to
Transporter at pressures sufficient to enter Transporter's
Facility at such working pressures maintained by Transporter at
each Receipt Point; provided, however, that such pressures shall
not exceed Transporter's maximum allowable operating pressures at
each such point. Transporter shall operate its system so that
the pressure at each Receipt Point shall not exceed the Maximum
Receipt Point Pressure as follows:
West Delta 143 A 1325 psig
West Delta 143 Mensa 1325 psig
6.2 Delivery Point(s):
Gas will be delivered by Transporter at each Delivery Point on
Exhibit "A" to the Transportation Service Agreement at the working
pressures maintained by Transporter from time to time. Transporter
shall not be required to maintain a pressure greater than a
Maximum Delivery Point Pressure as follows:
Venice Gas Plant 1050 psig
Southern Natural Gas Co. 1050 psig
Texas Eastern Transmission Co. 1050 psig
Tennessee Gas Pipeline Co. 1050 psig
