5.2 Sea Robin's services hereunder are contingent upon

Shipper's obligation to pay for the services contemplated under the

FTS-2 Service Agreement in a timely fashion in accordance with

Section 15 of the General Terms and Conditions.

ARTICLE VI

TRANSPORTATION CHARGES

6.1 Shipper shall pay Sea Robin monthly, for the

transportation service rendered hereunder, the charges specified in

Rate Schedule FTS-2, including any penalty, imbalance cash-out and

other authorized charges assessed under Rate Schedule FTS-2 and the

General Terms and Conditions. Sea Robin may agree from time to time

at its reasonable discretion on a not unduly discriminatory basis to

discount the rates charged Shipper for services provided hereunder in

accordance with the provisions of Rate Schedule FTS-2. Any

discounted rates agreed to by Sea Robin shall be documented in writing.
