(d) Sea Robin will respond to each complaint within 30 days of

the date of receipt. An initial response will be provided

within 48 hours of receipt of the complaint to acknowledge

that the complaint was received, estimate a date for final

response, and state whether additional information is needed

from the complainant.

(e) Upon the completion of the investigation for each complaint,

Sea Robin will provide complainant a written response. If

Sea Robin determines that corrective action is appropriate,

it will propose such action to complainant to settle the

complaint. Otherwise, Sea Robin will set forth those facts

that demonstrated that the complaint is unfounded.
