1. DEFINITIONS (Continued)

Valid Date shall mean the date a request for service under this

Tariff shall be valid, which shall be the date of the receipt of the

request provided that the service requested conforms to the terms of

this Tariff, the data provided is complete and adequately

substantiated and capacity is available to meet the request.

Year shall mean a period of three hundred sixty-five (365)

consecutive days commencing and ending at 9:00 a.m. provided that

any such Year which contains the date of February 29 shall consist

of three hundred sixty-six (366) consecutive days.
