4.5 Pooler shall exercise due diligence in monitoring the supplies serving

its Pool hereunder and shall use its best efforts to notify Pipeline promptly

of any known variations in its supplies.

ARTICLE V

CREDITWORTHINESS

5.1 Pooler shall satisfy the creditworthiness requirements of GT&Cs Section

2.5 before service under this Agreement shall commence.

ARTICLE VI

NOTICES

6.1 Except as provided in Section 6.1 herein, notices hereunder shall be

given pursuant to the provisions of Sections 29 and 36 of the GT&Cs on the

Pipeline's Internet Web Site; provided however, that in the event the

Pipeline's Internet Web Site is not operational, notice in the form herein

described shall be given to a party via facsimile or electronic mail.
