(a) Timeline for Non-Standard Releases. If the

Releasing Shipper specifies a bid evaluation

methodology other than highest rate, net revenue or

present value or any other special terms or

conditions, the above timeline shall apply;

provided, however, one additional Business Day will

be added to the evaluation period. Such extended

evaluation period shall cause gas flow to be at

least one Gas Day later than gas could flow under

the timeline set forth in Section 11.3(a)(1) or

Section 11.3(a)(2).

(b) NAESB WGQ Version 1.7 standard 5.3.2 verbatim:

For non-biddable releases:

Timely Cycle

- posting of prearranged deals not subject to

bid are due by 10:30 A.M.;

- contract issued within one hour of award

posting (with a new contract number, when

applicable); nomination possible beginning

at the next available nomination cycle for

the effective date of the contract. (Central

Clock Time)

Evening Cycle

- posting of prearranged deals not subject to

bid are due by 5:00 P.M.;

- contract issued within one hour of award

posting (with a new contract number, when

applicable); nomination possible beginning

at the next available nomination cycle for

the effective date of the contract.
