mailed by ordinary mail. Operational communications by

telephone, telefax or other mutually agreeable means

shall be considered as duly delivered without further

written confirmation unless specifically required

otherwise by Sabine's FERC Gas Tariff.

7.2 Nominations to schedule transportation service

hereunder shall be directed to Sabine's gas control

7.3 Wire transfer payments to Sabine shall be accompanied
