9.7 Discounting

Sabine may at any time, and in its sole discretion,

selectively discount the rate(s) applicable to any

Shipper under the FT-1 and IT-1 Rate Schedules set

forth in this Tariff. Discounts will be applied only

to the Reservation Rate for FT-1 service, and to the

Usage Rate for IT-1 service. Such discounted rate(s)

shall not be less than the Minimum Rate for the

applicable service as set forth in the currently

effective Statement of Transportation Rates of this

Tariff.

Sabine may agree to apply the following types or

combinations of discounts:

a) specified quantities;

b) specified quantities above or below a certain level or

all quantities if quantities exceed a certain level;

c) quantities during a specified time period;

d) quantities at or between specified points, or

other geographically defined areas.
