8.4 Imbalances at Termination

Any imbalances existing on the date of termination of

an executed Service Agreement shall be adjusted or

corrected within thirty (30) days.

8.5 Offshore Imbalances

Receipts and deliveries of gas quantities for

transportation services provided through each of Sabine's

transmission pipelines located in the Federal Domain,

Offshore Louisiana, are in constant balance and not

subject to the imbalance resolution provisions of this

Section 8.
