worthiness in accordance with Section 19 of the General

Terms and Conditions of this Tariff.

9. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All of the General Terms and Conditions of Company's Original

Volume No. 1 FERC Gas Tariff are hereby made a part of this rate

schedule. In the event of any inconsistencies between the General

Terms and Conditions and this Rate Schedule LF-F, the terms and

conditions of this Rate Schedule LF-F shall control.
