Company's liquefied natural gas storage facilities and the

quantity of liquefied natural gas to be received. Company, in

its sole judgment, may waive the 48-hour notice period.

(c) Customer's Liquefied Natural Gas Balance will be reduced by

the quantity of liquefied natural gas withdrawn as calculated

in accordance with Section 4 of the General Terms and Conditions.

7. RECORDS OF LIQUEFACTION, STORAGE AND VAPORIZATION QUANTITIES,

AND LIQUEFIED NATURAL GAS BALANCES

Subject to Section 5(g) of the General Terms and Conditions, Company

shall keep accurate records of gas liquefied, stored, vaporized and

delivered to or for Customer or Customer's account, and of

Customer's Liquefied Natural Gas Balance, which records shall

be made available to Customer at its request.

8. REQUEST FOR SERVICE

Requests for service hereunder shall be considered acceptable

if Customer has completed and returned Company's service request

form (which is available to all Customers and potential

Customers on request) electronically, on the EBB or to the following

address:

Such requests for service shall contain the information specified in

Company's service request form, as such may be revised from time to

time, and

(a) Either with the request for service or at the time of execution

of the service agreement, such other information, in writing,

as is required to comply with regulatory reporting or filing

requirements; and

(b) Sufficient information to determine Customer's credit worthiness

in accordance with Section 19 of the General Terms and

Conditions of this Tariff.
