(6) Any other conditions upon the release of the

capacity. Such conditions must be reasonable and

non-discriminatory, such as the economic criteria

for evaluating bids, whether volumetrically stated

bids will be accepted, whether a volumetric

commitment is required, and alternative methods for

breaking ties; provided, however, the Releasing

Customer may not specify conditions which are in

conflict with the Agreement, the applicable Rate

Schedule, or these General Terms and Conditions.

(7) The identity of a Designated Replacement Customer,

the terms and conditions of the agreement under

which that Customer was designated, and the rates

and charges the Designated Replacement Customer has

agreed to pay.
