33.11 Acceptance of a service request is contingent upon

PPEC's completion of a satisfactory credit appraisal. Prospective

Customer must provide evidence of creditworthiness as outlined in

Section 3.3 of the General Terms and Conditions of PPEC's

currently effective FERC Gas Tariff.

By submitting this request, prospective Customer

certifies further that it will execute, if tendered by PPEC, a

Storage Service Agreement for the level of service requested

herein.
