2.36 "Pooling" means 1) the aggregation of Gas from

multiple physical and/or logical points to a single physical or

logical point, and/or 2) the dis-aggregation of Gas from a single

physical or logical point to multiple physical and/or logical

points.

2.37 "Psig" means pounds per square inch gauge.

2.38 "Releasing Customer" means a Customer who has

agreed to release some or all of its rights under its Storage

Service Agreement for Firm Storage Service.

2.39 "Replacement Customer" means a Customer who has

assumed any released rights to capacity of a Releasing Customer.

2.40 "Storage Inventory" means the quantity of working

Gas, expressed in Dths, that a Customer has in place in PPEC's

storage facilities for Customer's account.

2.41 "Storage Service Agreement" means a Firm Storage

Service Agreement, a Firm Parking Service Agreement, a Firm Loan

Service Agreement, an Interruptible Storage Service Agreement, an

Interruptible Parking Service Agreement, an Interruptible Loan

Service Agreement, a Hub Services Agreement or a Capacity Release

Umbrella Agreement, including the Exhibits to those agreements as

set forth in this FERC Gas Tariff.

2.42 "Transporter" means the Customer's transporter

designated to deliver Gas to the Point(s) of Receipt or Customer's

transporter designated to receive Gas from the Point(s) of

Delivery.
