Bumping is not allowed during the Intra-day 2

Nomination Cycle.

In the event that all or part of an interruptible

Shipper's scheduled Quantity is reduced as the

result of a nomination by a firm Shipper in the

Evening Nomination Cycle or the Intra-day 1

Nomination Cycle, such interruptible Shipper shall

be notified of the bump through the Messenger

system, the Web Site and by telephone and facsimile

communication.

For purposes of this Section 8.2(b), "provide"

shall mean, for transmittals pursuant to standards

1.4.x, receipt at the designated site, and for

purposes of other forms of transmittal, it shall

mean send or post.
