3.3 Panhandle shall have the unqualified right to commingle

Gas transported and/or stored hereunder with Gas from

other sources. It is recognized that Gas delivered at a

Point of Delivery may not be the same molecules as those

received at a Point of Receipt. The Quantities of Gas

delivered pursuant to a Transportation Agreement at a

Point of Delivery shall be Thermally Equivalent to the

Quantities of Gas received at the Point of Receipt,

adjusted for Fuel Reimbursement.
