GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Former Tariff shall mean Panhandle's FERC GAS TARIFF,

Original Volume No. 1.

Fuel Reimbursement shall mean the reimbursement of

Panhandle by Shipper in kind for fuel usage and lost or

unaccounted for Gas.

Gathering shall mean the receipt by Panhandle of Natural

Gas from a wellhead or other facility connected to

Panhandle's Gathering facilities and its Transportation to

the outlet side of Panhandle's facilities at the terminus

of any portion of Panhandle's Gathering system or such

other mutually agreeable point(s) on Panhandle's Gathering

system as set forth in the Transportation Agreement.

IOS Point shall mean the point near Panhandle's Haven,

Kansas Compressor Station at which Gas is received for

injection into Storage and Gas withdrawn from Storage is

delivered to Panhandle under Rate Schedules IOS and IIOS.

Long-Term Agreement shall mean a Transportation or Storage

Agreement with a primary term of one year or more from the

effective date of the Agreement.

Market Area Storage Facilities shall mean the storage

facilities Panhandle owns and leases located downstream of

the discharge side of Panhandle's Haven, Kansas Compressor

Station.

Market Zone shall mean the portion of Panhandle's system

located on the discharge side of Panhandle's Haven,

Kansas Compressor Station and extending eastward through

Kansas, Missouri, Illinois, Indiana, Ohio and Michigan.

Master Delivery Point List (MDPL) shall mean the current

list of meter stations and points available to Shippers as

Points of Delivery as posted on the Messenger system at

any time.

Master Parking Point List (MPPL) shall mean the current

list of points available to Shippers as Parking points as

posted on the Messenger system at any time.

Master Receipt Point List (MRPL) shall mean the current

list of meter stations and points available to Shippers as

Points of Receipt as posted on the Messenger system at

any time.

Maximum Daily Contract Quantity (MDCQ) shall mean the

maximum Quantity of Gas which Panhandle is obligated to

deliver on any Day at a Point of Delivery to Shipper as

specified in an executed Transportation Agreement.
