(d) Shipper's Failure to Control Monthly Cumulative Imbalance:

When Shipper fails to control amounts scheduled versus

amounts taken by Shipper at the Delivery Point(s) such that

at the end of any month a cumulative imbalance exists, the

following procedures shall be implemented:
