1.40 Operationally Available Capacity. The term "Operationally

Available Capacity" shall mean capacity that is available on a

day-to-day basis and is equal to the physical capacities of

individual receipt and delivery points less amounts scheduled to

be received/delivered at such points. Operationally Available

Capacity is posted under the capacity option in the info postings

menu on GTN's website at www.gastransmissionnw.com/info post/.
