29. North American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) Standards

NAESB Standards are business practices and electronic communication

standards promulgated by the Wholesale Gas Quadrant (WGQ) of the North

American Energy Standards Board (NAESB) and adopted and codified by the

Commission in Section 284.12 of its Regulations.

Overthrust specifically incorporates by reference into this FERC Gas
