GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

in § 16 of the General Terms and Conditions and changes, if any, in line pack

during that month) and (b) gas lost as a result of an event of force majeure,

the ownership of which cannot be reasonably identified.

1.38 Unauthorized overrun means that quantity of gas by which Shipper

exceeds, without Overthrust's consent, Shipper's RDC.

1.39 Year shall mean a period of 365 consecutive days or 366

consecutive days if such period includes February 29, beginning January 1,

unless otherwise specified.
