23. REVENUE CREDITING FOR CAPACITY RELEASES (FIRM)

23.1 Definitions. The definitions in Section 22 of the General Terms and

Conditions apply also to this Section.

23.2 Revenue Credits for Released Capacity - Eligibility. Transporter

shall provide revenue credits to any Shipper, which temporarily releases

(Releasing Shipper), under the Capacity Release Provisions of this

Tariff, all or any portion of its contract demand, storage demand or

storage capacity under a Service Agreement (Released Capacity) governed

by the provisions of any Part 284 firm Rate Schedule included in

Northwest's Tariff.
