20. LIQUIDS REVENUE CREDITING

20.7 Record Retention and Audit Rights. Shippers may audit

Transporter's books and records in order to review the calculations

related to the allocation and crediting of the liquids revenues.

Transporter will maintain books and records supporting its calculations

for three years following revenue crediting to its Shippers. If revenue

credits are in dispute, Shipper must notify Transporter within six (6)

months following payment in accordance with the terms set forth in

Section 5.
