in effect at a particular interconnecting point on Transporter's system,

NAESB WGQ Flowing Gas Related Standards 2.3.1 through 2.3.6, 2.3.8,

2.3.15 through 2.3.23, and 2.3.25 through 2.3.27 (Version 1.8) will

apply and are incorporated by reference.
