Transporter will notify Shippers of its desire to provide Rate Schedule

DEX-1 service by posting the following information on its Internet web

site for a minimum period of 24 hours:

(a) the Target Storage Facility;

(b) the quantity of gas in Dth that Transporter wishes

to acquire;
