3. MONTHLY RATE(S) (Continued)

3.9 Facility Reimbursement: If Transporter and Shipper enter into a

facilities agreement pursuant to Section 21 of the General Terms and

Conditions for Transporter to construct receipt or delivery facilities

necessary to provide service under this Rate Schedule and for Shipper

to reimburse the associated costs by paying a facility reimbursement

charge, the facility reimbursement charge will be set forth on Exhibit

C to an executed Service Agreement.

4. MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL

Unless Transporter and Shipper mutually agree otherwise, the Minimum

Monthly Bill will consist of the Reservation Charge specified in Section 3.1

of this Rate Schedule, as applicable.
