4. MINIMUM MONTHLY BILL

Unless Transporter and Shipper mutually agree otherwise, the Minimum

Monthly Bill will consist of the Reservation Charge specified in Section

3.1 of this Rate Schedule, as applicable.

5. TRANSPORTATION CONTRACT DEMAND

The Transportation Contract Demand is the maximum quantity of Gas,
