(3) Rates are also applicable to capacity release service except for short-

term capacity release transactions for a term of one year or less that take

effect on or before one year from the date on which Transporter is notified of

the release, which are not subject to the stated maximum tariff rate.

(Section 22 of the General Terms and Conditions describes how bids for

capacity release will be evaluated.) The Vaporization Demand-Related Charge

and Storage Capacity Charge are applicable to Replacement Shippers bidding for

capacity released on a one-part volumetric bid basis.
