CANCELLATION OF RATE SCHEDULE X-109

Notice is hereby given that effective October 1, 2001, the

Gas Sales Agreement between Northern Natural Gas Company and

Phillips Petroleum Company, dated January 30, 1984 as

relating to service under Rate Schedule X-109 on Original

Sheet Nos. 2189-2191, is to be cancelled pursuant to the

pregranted abandonment of service in the Commission's Order

issued January 10, 1985 in Docket No. CP84-257-000.
