CANCELLATION OF RATE SCHEDULE X-92

Notice is hereby given that effective February 2, 1999, the Exchange

Service Letter Agreement between Northern Natural Gas Company and

Michigan Wisconsin Pipe Line Company dated June 16, 1981 and relating

to service under Rate Schedule X-92 on Original Sheet Nos. 1580-1582,

is to be cancelled pursuant to the Commission's Order issued

February 2, 1999 whereby Northern was granted permission for and

approval of the abandonment of service in Docket No. CP99-77-000.
