CANCELLATION OF RATE SCHEDULE X-89

Notice is hereby given that effective October 27, 1999, the

Gas Sale and Purchase Agreement between Northern Natural Gas

Company and West Texas Gas, Inc. dated March 1, 1988, and relating

to service under Rate Schedule X-89 on First Revised Sheet

Nos. 1551-1552, Second Revised Sheet Nos. 1553-1554, First Revised

Sheet No. 1555-1556, Second Revised Sheet No. 1557 and First

Revised Sheet Nos. 1558-1561, is to be cancelled pursuant to the

Commission's Order issued October 27, 1999 whereby Northern was

granted permission for and approval of the abandonment of service

in Docket No. CP99-631-000.
