CANCELLATION OF RATE SCHEDULE X-77

Notice is hereby given that effective February 2, 1999, the Gas

Exchange Agreement between Northern Natural Gas Company and Columbia

Gas Transmission Corporation and Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company dated

December 29, 1978 and relating to service under Rate Schedule X-77 on

Original Sheet Nos. 1304-1327, is to be cancelled pursuant to the

Commission's Order issued February 2, 1999 whereby Northern was

granted permission for and approval of the abandonment of service in

Docket No. CP99-77-000.
