CANCELLATION OF RATE SCHEDULE T-27

Notice is hereby given that effective February 2, 1999, the Gas

Transportation Agreement between Northern Natural Gas Company and

Texas Eastern Transmission Corporation, Transcontinental Gas Pipe

Line Corporation and Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation dated

December 11, 1978, and relating to service under Rate Schedule T-27

on Original Sheet Nos. 1233-1242, Ninth Revised Sheet No. 1243 and

Original Sheet Nos. 1244-1250, is to be cancelled pursuant to the

Commission's Order issued February 2, 1999 whereby Northern was

granted permission for and approval of the abandonment of service in

Docket No. CP99-77-000.
