CANCELLATION OF RATE SCHEDULE T-21

Notice is hereby given that effective December 31, 1995,

the Transportation Service Agreement between Northern Natural

Gas Company and City of Perryton, Texas, dated

June 28, 1977, and relating to service under Rate

Schedule T-21, on Original Sheet Nos. 1039-1040, Tenth Revised

Sheet No. 1041 and Original Sheet Nos. 1042-1043, is to be

cancelled pursuant to the Commission's order dated

November 29, 1995 whereby Northern was granted permission and

approval under NGA Section 7(b) to abandon the service in Docket

No. CP94-608, et al.
