CANCELLATION OF RATE SCHEDULE X-59

Notice is hereby given that effective February 2, 1999, the

Transportation and Sales Agreement between Northern Natural Gas

Company and Panhandle Eastern Pipe Line Company and Trunkline Gas

Company dated September 23, 1976, and relating to service under Rate

Schedule X-59 on First Revised Sheet Nos. 902-928, is to be

cancelled pursuant to the Commission's Order issued February 2, 1999

whereby Northern was granted permission for and approval of the

abandonment of service in Docket No. CP99-77-000.
