CANCELLATION OF RATE SCHEDULE T-5

Notice is hereby given that effective December 31, 1995,

the Transportation Service Agreement between Northern Natural Gas

Company and Clajon Gas Company (succeeded in interest by Mobil Oil

Corporation) dated September 30, 1968, and relating to service

under Rate Schedule T-5, on First Revised Sheet No. 294, Original

Sheet No. 295, Ninth Revised Sheet No. 296 and Original Sheet Nos.

297-298, is to be cancelled pursuant to the Commission's order

dated November 29, 1995 whereby Northern was granted permission and

approval under NGA Section 7(b) to abandon the service in Docket

No. CP94-608, et al.
