CANCELLATION OF RATE SCHEDULE X-3

Notice is hereby given that effective June 19, 2001, the

Exchange Agreement between Northern Natural Gas Company and

Midwestern Gas Transmission Company dated May 10, 1961

and relating to service under X-3 on Original Sheet Nos.

26-31, is to be canceled by Commission's Order issued

June 14, 2001 whereby Northern was granted permission for

and approval of the abandonment of service in Docket

No. CP01-110-000.
