37. POOLING/TITLE TRANSFER

37.1 Supported WGQ NAESB Standard by Reference

Company provides at least one pool.

Deliveries from receipt points shall be able to be

delivered directly into at least one pool and delivery

points shall be able to receive quantities from at least

one pool, excluding non-continuous facilities. [1.3.18]

37.2 Availability

Transfer Points have been established to facilitate the

aggregation or dis-aggregation of gas being transported on

Company's system.

Transfer Points for Forwardhaul transportation purposes are

deemed to exist immediately downstream of all receipt

points and immediately upstream of all delivery points.

For Backhaul transportation purposes these Transfer Points

are deemed to exist immediately upstream of all receipt

points and immediately downstream of all delivery points.
