27. RELEASE OF FIRM CAPACITY (Continued)

27.80 Standard Recall Notification Periods

Company shall support the following recall notification

periods for all released capacity subject to recall rights

[5.3.44]:

(a) Timely Recall Notification

(i) A Releasing Shipper recalling capacity shall

provide notice of such recall to Company and the

first Replacement Shipper no later than 8:00 a.m.

(CCT).

(ii) Company shall provide notification of such recall

to all affected Replacement Shippers no later

than 9:00 a.m. (CCT).
