27.50 Posting of Offers, Bids, and Awarded Transactions

The Company shall post all complete Bids upon receipt.

The identity of the bidder shall be kept confidential until

the capacity has been awarded.

No later than the first nomination under a capacity release

transaction, Company shall post all awarded capacity

release transactions including the name(s) and Bid

information of all Replacement Shippers.
