The amount of capacity allocated to the Replacement

Shipper(s) shall equal the original released

capacity less the recalled capacity.

Reput method and rights shall be specified at the

time of the deal. Reput method and rights are

individually negotiated between the Releasing

Shipper and Replacement Shipper. [5.3.8]

When capacity is recalled, it may not be reput for

the same Gas Day. [5.3.53]
