27.34 Withdrawal of Bid

Bids shall be binding until written or electronic

notice of withdrawal is received by Company. [5.3.13]

Provided however, the bidder may not submit a new Bid

at a lower rate for such offered capacity.

Bids cannot be withdrawn after the Bid period ends.
