(c) Trading

Company shall allow a Shipper, or its Agent,

to Trade Shipper Imbalances within the same

Operational Impact Area on and across

Agreements. [2.3.30]

Company shall provide the ability to post and

Trade Shipper Imbalances until at least the

close of the 19th business day of the month.

Authorization to post Imbalances that are

received by Company by 11:45 a.m. CCT shall be

effective at 8:00 a.m. CCT the next business

day. Imbalances previously authorized for

posting shall be posted on or before the ninth

business day of the month. [2.3.40]
