GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

24. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of a Shipper's Agreement shall be contrary to or

prohibited by applicable law, such provision shall be severable

from the remaining provisions of such Agreement and shall be deemed

to be deleted therefrom, and all of the provisions of such

Agreement which are not contrary to or prohibited by applicable law

shall, notwithstanding such deletion, remain in full force and
