Primary Capacity Scheduling Rights (Continued)
However, if a Shipper requests a permanent relocation
of primary capacity scheduling rights outside of its
currently effective Transportation Path, such a
requested permanent change in primary capacity
scheduling rights is subject to available capacity,
executing an amendment to its Service Agreement and
meeting the requirements under their applicable Rate
Schedules in order to effectuate a permanent change in
its Transportation Path. The amended Service Agreement
will encompass any resulting additional transportation
charge associated with the permanent change.
The relocation of primary capacity scheduling rights
within Shipper's Transportation Path shall not
result in either an increase or decrease in
Shipper's contracted rights.
