During the term of the relocation of primary

capacity scheduling rights, Company reserves the

right to sell the remaining capacity for the term of

the relocation period.

17.23 Obligations Under Relocation and/or Addition of

Primary Capacity Scheduling Rights

Shipper's charges, as determined in accordance with

the terms of its Service Agreement and applicable

Rate Schedule, shall not be affected by the

relocation and/or addition of primary capacity

scheduling rights.
