10.62 Partial Curtailment of Service (Continued)
Once scheduled, Shippers with secondary capacity
scheduling rights at a given point shall be
considered to have an equal curtailment allocation
priority with Shippers with primary capacity
scheduling rights at such point.
10.63 Service Reduction Due to an Operational Flow Order
(a) Circumstances Warranting Issuance of an OFO
Company shall have the right to issue an OFO,
requiring actions by Shippers in order 1) to
alleviate conditions that threaten the integrity
of Company's system, 2) to maintain pipeline
operations at pressures required to provide
efficient and reliable transportation service,
3) to have adequate system line pack, and 4) to
maintain service to all firm Shippers.
Specific conditions that could prompt Company
issuance of an OFO include:
(i) The inability of Company to receive
scheduled gas at a Point of Receipt or to
deliver scheduled gas at a Point of
Delivery due to an operational condition
on the associated interconnected system.
