10.2 Nomination and Scheduling Timeline (Continued)

10.26 Departure from Nomination and Scheduling Deadlines

The sending party shall adhere to the nomination,

confirmation, and scheduling deadlines. It is the

party receiving the request who has the right to

waive the deadline. [1.3.21]

With the exception of otherwise stated NAESB WGQ

nomination deadlines, when Company receives a

Nomination document from a Service Requester by the

conclusion of a given quarter hour period, Company

will send to the Service Requester's designated site

a corresponding Quick Response document by the

conclusion of the subsequent quarter hour period.

The quarter hour periods are defined to begin on the

hour and at 15, 30, and 45 minutes past the hour. A

given quarter hour will contain all transactions

whose receipt time is less than the beginning of the

subsequent quarter hour. [1.3.37]
