1. DEFINITIONS (Continued)

o The term "Maximum Receipt Quantity" relative to a Point of

Receipt from a Shipper for any day shall mean the volume of

gas shown as the Maximum Receipt Quantity for such Point of

Receipt on Exhibit A to such Shipper's Service Agreement.

o The term "Maximum Reservation Rate" shall mean the applicable

daily maximum reservation rate for each respective Rate

Schedule as shown on the Statement of Rates.

o The term "Mcf" shall mean 1000 cubic feet of gas measured at

Standard Reference Conditions.
